What's the goal?

The goal of ReDirect is to help general public with non-emergency situations.

 

How to use it?

People should be able to record their messages or concerns regarding non-emergency situations and redirect to the (right connection) using (this app).

Who can use it?

Anyone can use ReDirect at anytime as long as their concern is not resolved. The audio recording with not only allow English but any languages spoken can be translated after the speech detection.

 

Essentially,

ReDirect will redirect people who need guidance in further information on ... rather than having people wasting time on things that are not sure to them. We hope this increase the  awareness of the public safety and further create a more peaceful and caring community.
